Missing command
error An error stops the build: nothing is published until it is fixed.
The command line gives options, but no command to apply them to.
What you’ll see
error Missing command: no `build`, `check`, `serve`, `stamp`, `refresh`, `refuse`, `new`, `import` or `explain`
Run `statac --help` to see the commands.

In the terminal the message also names the file and line where there is one, and marks the exact text.
Why Statac stops
Options say how to do something, not what to do. Statac doesn’t guess which command you meant.
How to fix it
Add build, check, serve, stamp, refresh, refuse, new,
import or explain after statac. statac --help lists the commands and what
each does, and statac check --help shows only the options check
takes.
Example
statac --site=docs
To check the site in docs:
statac check --site=docs
Its name
| Name | missing-command |
|---|---|
| In the terminal | statac explain missing-command |
| To stop showing it | It stops the build, so it can't be quietened. |
